A client who was renovating a property and wanted to show potential buyers what the house would look like after the house was completed. He asked me to create a photorealistic impression of what the house would look like after a planned two-storey extension was added.

I was given a photograph of the house before the extension and a couple of rough sketches of what the extension would look like. From these I was able to create a realistic impression of how the house would look for potential buyers to see.
