Web Design Price Guide
Good quality VAT free web design. Is there such a thing?
I don’t offer a ‘one price fits all’ solution to design a web site, and anyone who does so without considering your individual needs isn’t providing a good service. Obviously costs vary according to the type and size of the web design project.
Examples of web design prices
I’ll always give you a definite price range before I start a web design project for you, based on your individual requirements, and I’ll liaise with you along the way to ensure costs will never exceed your expectations.
Example 1: Small
Small web site to act as an online ‘brochure’ for your business and a point of contact, approximately 5-10 pages (or any number you want!). Includes: Contact form, search engine optimisation, hosting, domain name: £500 – £700.
Example 2: Large
Large web site, typically 20+ pages, in depth information about your business, perhaps with payment buttons and/or catalogue or price list. Includes: Contact form, search engine optimisation, hosting, domain name: £800 – £1,200.
Example 3: E Commerce
E-commerce site with multiple products and a shopping cart system, customer database and your own ‘admin’ area, with the ability to add and delete products, categories etc. Includes: Contact form, shopping cart, database, search engine optimisation, hosting, domain name: £1,500 – £2,000.
Please note: No VAT will be added as I am not VAT registered!
Hosting and Domain names
I provide hosting as part of my service. Please see my hosting page for details.
Ongoing maintenance and support
I never abandon a client after I’ve designed their web site, and I won’t hold you to ransom over maintenance costs! Please see my maintenance and support page for further details.
