The problem

Anyone Can Play Guitar is the online home of a North London guitar tutor and popular YouTube educator, offering lessons, tutorials and learning resources to guitarists of all abilities.

The existing Squarespace website had served the business well, but as the audience grew it became increasingly apparent that a more flexible platform was needed. The goal was to replace the ageing site with a bespoke WordPress website that better reflected the quality of the brand, improved search engine performance and provided a platform that could continue to grow alongside the business.

The solution

I designed and developed a bespoke WordPress website that combines a fresh, contemporary design with the flexibility needed to support an expanding library of educational content.

The site was carefully structured to help visitors discover lessons, tutorials and resources more easily, while the underlying build was optimised for performance and search engines. Although the website offers far greater flexibility than the previous Squarespace site, it remains straightforward for the owner to update, allowing new content to be added quickly without needing technical expertise.

By moving to a bespoke WordPress solution, the business gained the freedom to develop the website without the constraints imposed by an off-the-shelf website builder.
